We will go over all your questions, ideas, wants & needs during the meeting. We will give you a proposal for your home within a few days. Once your quote is complete we will meet again to go over the details of the construction spec’s, pricing & other questions you may have thought of. All we ask is that you stay in contact with us to keep your lot on hold during this process. When you receive a loan commitment letter from your bank/mortgage lender & we have worked out all the details of your home package we will enter a Purchase & Sales Agreement to start construction. All you need is 10% down to get started & leave the rest to us until your home is complete & ready to move in.
